Personal Investment

Investing in counseling is an investment in yourself—your relationships, emotional health, and long-term wellbeing. Therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore patterns, learn coping skills, and make meaningful changes. Progress looks different for everyone: some people see gains in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term work. Regular attendance, openness to new strategies, and collaboration with your therapist maximize results.

I accept both private pay and insurance to make care accessible. If you’d like help figuring out which option fits your needs and budget, I’ll walk you through insurance verification, estimate out-of-pocket costs, or explain private-pay details so you can choose what feels best.

Private pay

Flexible session lengths and scheduling, no diagnosis required on your insurance record, and easier confidentiality for sensitive concerns. Payment is due at the time of service; I can provide a superbill if you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

$130 per clinical hour (about 55 minutes)

$190 for an extended 90-minute session (80-85 minutes)

Insurance

I am in-network with select insurers. Using insurance may require a clinical diagnosis and submission of session notes to your carrier. Coverage varies by plan—copayments, deductibles, and session limits may apply.
